As Organic Nutrition’s Lead Engineer, Scott Boone oversees the design and development of our growing facilities.  Scott brings 25 years of experience in project development and management, construction coordination, estimating, and designing, specifying, and executing on complicated electrical and control installations for large-scale industrial projects.

Michael Ferree has spearheaded Organic Nutrition’s Research and Development program since its inception.  With a background in industrial project and construction coordination, Mike has 30 years of experience in energy, construction, and project management.

Leading the marketing efforts for Organic Nutrition, Sarah Boone brings more than 15 years of experience in communications, marketing, and public affairs to the team.  Sarah works in close cooperation with Organic Nutrition’s development team to ensure that our fresh, local produce is available to our customers year-round.

As Sales Director, Elayne Dudley is responsible for cultivating long-term direct and partner-driven business relationships for Organic Nutrition, to enable the delivery of the finest local produce varieties to the consumer. Elayne brings over 25 years of sales & marketing expertise across industries to her work with Organic Nutrition.

Donald Richards is the former senior managing director of Accenture’s IT outsourcing business. He was responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth and delivery of this $6B business to more than 600 clients globally.  He has more than 30 years of experience and previously held leadership roles in several parts of Accenture’s business, including managing director for Accenture’s largest client accounts, managing director of the chemicals industry business unit, and Cleveland office managing director.   

Anthony DeSomma brings a broad range of management and leadership experience in Federal Government Financial Systems, Big 5 Management Consulting and as a Principal with a Small Business Management Consulting LLC.  He headed the Financial Systems Group at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC, managed the Federal Civilian Consulting Practice for Oracle Corporation as a Vice President and subsequently was Vice President of the Federal Oracle Consulting Practice for BearingPoint (Formerly KPMG Consulting).  Mr. DeSomma later was a Principal and President in the startup of a highly successful Oracle consulting firm APG, LLC, which subsequently was purchased by CACI International.

Mark Abrams has served as President of Star Printing Corp. and Pilgrim Plastics for more than 30 years. Star has been a leading printer in Southeastern Massachusetts since 1946; Pilgrim has been in business for 102 years.  Mr. Abrams has led the company through many changes and has been instrumental in identifying new trends throughout the industry. He has also served on various boards of non-profit organizations, and is an investor in over 14 private companies in various industries.
